Special Tips:

  1. Wire should have the quality of being re-drawn. And you can re-draw this wire for making exact sizes for making Stapler Pins.
  2. Wire are given proper heat and chemical treatment before Electroplating, so that the Zinc Coating should not be removed at the time of re-drawing.
  3. Coils are made in such a way that the wire should not overlap other wire. For easy un-coiling for the purpose of re-drawing.
